Yes, we can create a AI masterpiece for you and omit any backgrounds if you would like. Please write in your description if you would like it transparent with no background.
For items requiring an image to be uploaded as part of the personalization, please read the following guidelines for the best possible end product. Please note that we will not call you for a different image unless we are completely incapable of using your image, and this is rare.
- Upload a photo of your pet with your order. Please remove all harnesses, leashes, apparel, etc,.
- Please DO NOT CROP your image. Let us crop to where we need to! We work with what we are given so if you send a cropped image we sometimes have to make the image fit and add a background of a complimentary color so that the entire product looks perfect.
- Our design team is very talented and will take the time to make sure that the product will look it’s best with what we are given. If you are questioning the quality of your image please try to find one you think will look better.
- If the quality of the picture looks good on your screen, it’s generally good for us to use! If it looks blurry, it will produce blurry.

The most common reason you might get an error is because your billing information does not match the billing information for the credit card you used to pay for the order. We Double check that they match. In addition, if you are ordering an Artisanal AI Product be sure to upload an image and fill out your description. If you are still having errors, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll try our best to help you out!
Strive to process all orders within 2-3 business days and ships to you within 7-10 days
Please keep in mind during holiday seasons orders may get delayed. We will let you know when we expect delays. We will make a notification on the site before you order.
Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order prior to submission. We do try to accommodate changes if you find a mistake in your personalization provided that production has not begun. If you find an error after your order is placed, EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY [email protected] and if we haven’t begun the engraving process, we will make the changes you need. If your gift has begun the production process, we are unable to make any changes to it. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their order for correct spelling and all personalization that they enter upon submission.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped and In case of personalized order you cannot cancel once your order moves into the production process. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and you will need to follow our return policy for a refund or exchange.
Promotional codes can only be used at the time of ordering and cannot be used on orders that are already submitted.
Yes, however all sales are final. We will not pay for shipping to send the product back. We will do our best to edit and fix your product if the product has not been sent to production yet. Please refer to the Refunds Section.
