Through this standalone e-commerce Website provides an online digital marketing and e-commerce product platform through which LA Paws and Claws can advertise their products and services, and through which visitors to the Website can make orders and engage or communicate with the business. By ordering a product through LA Paws and Claws, you enter into a direct and legally binding contractual relationship with LA Paws and Claws. From the point at which you make your order, we act solely as an intermediary between you and LA Paws and Claws, transmitting the details of your order to LA Paws and Claws and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the business. Your confirmation email is your contract between LA Paws and Claws and yourself.

The prices or rates on our site are highly competitive. All rates on the LA Paws and Claws website are per product and are displayed including product price, shipping, all other taxes per the website, unless stated otherwise on our Website or in the confirmation email.

In some cases, LAPawsandClaws.com reserves the right to resell products or services provided by 3rd Party Data Providers such as Priceline Partner Network upon which you will additionally be subject to the said party’s terms of use and conditions.

In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all the charges resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subject to a deductible. In the event that your credit card company or bank charges you for the deductible because of unauthorized transactions resulting from an order made on our Website, we will pay you this deductible, up to an aggregate amount of USD $50 (or the equivalent in your local currency). In order to be indemnified, please make sure that you report this fraud to your credit card provider (in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures) and contact us immediately by email at [email protected]. Please state ‘credit card fraud’ in the subject line of your email and provide us with evidence of the charged deductible (e.g. policy of the credit card company).
